1 pie crust, cooked
3 lb. red sweet potatoes, cooked and drained
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar (sweeten to taste)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tbsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
3 tbsp. flour

Mix all ingredients, pour into baked pie shell. Cook at 200 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until set.
