FLOUR TORTILLAS | |
4 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. shortening 2 c. water Mix flour, salt and shortening. Add water gradually. Knead well, let stand 15 minutes. Make into 2" balls and roll with rolling pin into round disks. Cook on hot griddle, turn over once or until cooked on both sides to your liking. Makes about 1 1/2 dozen. |
