FLOUR TORTILLA 
2 c. flour
1/4 c. cold vegetable shortening
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. warm water

Blend flour and shortening in small bowl. Then in a cup mix salt and water together, then mix everything together. Form dough into little egg size balls. With rolling pin, roll out ball flat and round and put on a hot iron griddle. Brown both sides.
