1 pkg. devils food cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding (not instant)
2 cups milk
1 (6 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9x13-inch cake pan.

Prepare pudding according to package directions (heat with milk on stove).

Add pudding to cake mix, mix until smooth. Pour into cake pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes.
