1 box Fudge Cake mix
1 box cooked-type chocolate pudding
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans

Make pudding as directed on package. Dump box of cake mix into pudding, mix with spoon thoroughly. Mixture should look odd. Put mixture in 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
