SCALLOPED CORN SUPREME | |
1 can cream style corn (17 oz.) 1 c. milk 1 well beaten egg 1 c. coarsely crumbled saltine crackers 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 tbsp. chopped pimento 1/2 c. coarsely crumbled saltine crackers 1 tbsp. butter, melted Heat corn and milk. Gradually stir in egg. Add 1 cup crumbs, onion, pimento, 3/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper. Mix well. Pour into casserole dish (greased). Combine 1/2 cup crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over corn. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
