SCALLOPED CORN 
1 can creamstyle corn (#2)
8 to 10 crushed soda crackers
1 slightly beaten egg
3 to 4 tbsp. milk
pepper

Grease casserole generously with butter. Put in and mix together all ingredients. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes.

When making larger amounts I only use 3 eggs for four cans of corn and add less milk. It will also need to bake longer, up to 1 1/2 hours.
