MEXICAN STEW 
1 lb. lean hamburger
1 tsp. oregano
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can olives (any size), drained and sliced
2 - 15 oz. cans sm. red or chili beans, DO NOT DRAIN
1 tbsp. chili powder dissolved in 1 c. warm water
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown hamburger in vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. Add rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil; then simmer till your heart is content. Serves 6 to 8. Great with french bread and a salad.
