COCONUT CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix (with pudding)
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. coconut
8 oz. Cool Whip

Bake cake per instructions on box. Cool for 15 minutes. Poke holes in it. Combine milk, sugar and 1/2 cup coconut. Boil 1 minute. Spoon over cake and cool. Fold 1/2 cup coconut in Cool Whip and spread over cake. Sprinkle remaining coconut over cake.
