PINEAPPLE-COCONUT PIE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) can coconut
2 unbaked pie shells

Beat eggs, sugar and butter until well mixed. Stir in pineapple and coconut. Pour all, after well mixed, into two unbaked pie shells. Cook until brown on top in 350 degree oven.
