CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CHOWDER 
2 c. chicken broth
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1/3 c. dry mashed potato buds
2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (8 oz.)
2 c. milk

Heat broth, onion and broccoli to boiling in 3 quart saucepan. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in potatoes until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally until hot and cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. 6 servings.
