BROCCOLI CHOWDER 
1 (10 oz.) frozen, chopped broccoli
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed chicken broth
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese OR Velveeta
1/8 tsp. black pepper

In a 2 quart saucepan, bring to a boil 1 cup water. Add broccoli and onion, cover and simmer until tender (5 minutes). Add remaining ingredients, heat and serve.
