BROCCOLI CHOWDER 
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
3 c. chicken broth
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. diced ham
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli in broth until tender. Add milk, ham, and cheese. Warm on low heat, stirring occasionally. Do not boil. Best when chilled and reheated.
