QUICK BROCCOLI CHOWDER 
2 (10 oz.) cut frozen broccoli and cheese sauce
2/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter
6 tbsp. flour
5 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. instant chicken bouillon

Cook broccoli according to directions, just until thawed. Place broccoli and sauce in blender and process until finely chopped. Cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour until smooth. Add milk gradually and cook and stir until thickened and smooth. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and bouillon. Add broccoli and simmer until heated through, stirring constantly.
