SWISS BROCCOLI CHOWDER 
1 lb. ham hocks or leftover smoked turkey
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, chopped
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
2 c. milk
1 c. Swiss cheese
Dash pepper

Boil leftover turkey or ham until the meat falls off bones. Reserve 1 1/2 cups broth and diced meat. Cook broccoli in broth and simmer 5 minutes. Mix flour and water, add gradually to broccoli, and stir in milk and cheese. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly; add meat and mix thoroughly.
