MUSHROOM - BROCCOLI CHOWDER 
2 c. chicken broth
1 (10 oz,) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (can use fresh broccoli)
1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 can evaporated milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

In saucepan, bring broth and broccoli to boiling. Reduce heat; cover, simmer until tender. Set aside. Cook onion in butter until done but not brown. Add mushrooms. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk; cook and stir until thickened. Add broccoli with broth, corn and cheese. Heat through. Serve hot.
