EASY BROCCOLI CHOWDER 
1 bunch broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (opt.)

Cook broccoli until tender; drain water. Leave enough water to barely cover broccoli. Add soups. Let simmer approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with crackers. Serves 6 to 8.
