EGGS EL DORADO 
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (1 lb.) can whole tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 c. Cheddar cheese
8 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt, pepper, poppy seeds, and butter

In a 2-3 quart pan, combine taco seasoning, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Separate rolls into 4 rectangles. Mix eggs, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Remove tomato mixture from heat. Carefully spoon egg mixture over. Place biscuits over mixture and dot each biscuit with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-60 minutes.
