POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. nuts

Roll and crush potato chips. Mix all ingredients by hand. Form into 1 inch balls. Place 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with glass dipped in butter and then dip in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 16 minutes or until light brown.
