CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. pork or veal
1 lb. beef
1 c. celery, cut
1 c. onions, sliced
1 can Chinese vegetables
1 can bean sprouts
Salt and pepper
Soy sauce
2 tbsp. corn starch

Cut meat in cubes and brown in hot fat. Add celery, onions, salt and pepper and 1 1/2 cups water. Simmer until vegetables are done then add 4 tablespoons soy sauce, Chinese vegetables and bean sprouts. Bring to a boil and thicken with 2 tablespoons corn starch, dissolved in water. Serve hot with rice or Chinese vegetables.
