CHOP SUEY 
3 lbs. meat, pork, veal, beef, cut into cubes
3 onions
Salt and pepper
2 stocks celery, cut fine
2 can bean sprouts, drained
2 cans Chinese vegetables, drained
1 can mushroom tidbits
2 c. water
8 tbsp. choy sauce

Steam all together for 1 hour or more. Serve with rice, Chow Mein noodles, tea and choy sauce.
