HELEN'S CHOP SUEY | |
1 to 2 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained 1 lg. can mixed chop suey vegetables 1 lg. can bean sprouts Can add extra chopped carrots and chopped celery, if needed to stretch 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Bring to boil. Then add 4 tablespoons cornstarch softened in water to thicken. Serve with rice and tossed salad for a very healthy meal. |
