CRAB DIP 
1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. or 7 oz. can white crab meat
1/2 c. finely grated cheddar cheese
1 green onion, finely minced
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
4 tbsp. low calorie French dressing
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients and chill. Serve with crackers. Yield 2 1/2 cups dip.

I think just one cup of mayo and when you pick up the cans of crab meat, be sure it says "legs included" and maybe the lte french dressing is better. Enjoy.
