CRAB DIP (OR SPREAD) 
Heat 1 can undiluted mushroom soup. Add 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese. Stir well until blended, then cool.

1 can drained crab meat
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. chopped onions (optional)
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 tbsp. or 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 3 tbsp. cold water

Put in refrigerator overnight. Can be put in a greased mold.

Makes a lot.

I've made this dip for YEARS but forgot the measurement for the Miracle Whip. I think I only used 2/3 cups though. I also use green onions as they seem to marry with shrimp or crab better. Most all the other recipes I've come across are calling for mayonnaise which, in my opinion, ruins the flavor of this dip for me. I'm glad I came across your recipe, thanks!
