CRAB BAKE/SPREAD 
1 lb. imitation crab meat, diced
1 can artichoke hearts, diced
1 small bundle scallions, chopped
2 8 oz. blocks cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
seafood seasoning to taste

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until creamy. Smooth into a 9x9 ungreased baking pan.

Bake at 350°F until top is lightly browned. Serve with bread or crackers.
