ITALIAN BEEF 
4 lb. sirloin tip roast
3-4 crushed garlic cloves
4 beef bouillon cubes
2 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
3 lg. green peppers

Cover roast 3/4 with water in roasting pan. I use my Nesco roaster. Cook at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Cool completely. Reserve broth. Slice roast as thin as possible when cool. Slice green peppers. Place peppers and beef alternately in roasting pan with broth. Cook at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Serve on crusty rolls.
