O'BRIEN POTATOES 
1 pkg. Ore Ida O'Brien potatoes
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Melt together soup and cream cheese; stir well. Add potatoes to mixture. Add 1 cup of shredded cheese. Put in 2 quart greased baking dish. Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded cheese on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
