“PEA SALAD” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  PRETZEL SALAD

PEA SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. baby peas (frozen)
1 cup diced celery
1 cup chopped cauliflower heads
1/4 cup diced green onions
1 cup chopped cashews
1 cup HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing

Thaw Peas then put into strainer and rinse with cold water. Leave sit to dry as much as possible.

Gently toss ingredients together and then pour on Ranch dressing. Serve in a pewter or glass bowl.

Can last for one week in refrigerator.
