KOLACHY 
1 lb. butter or 2 c. shortening
5 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can Pet milk
2 egg yolks
1 pkg. yeast or 2 sm. cakes yeast (Flieshmans)
Solo filling

Can use sour cream instead of canned milk.

Mix above ingredients. Prepare bowl, using shortening - grease sides of bowls. Let stand until raised, punch down. (May keep in refrigerator after it has raised one time and roll out later.) or roll out now into circle like pie dough.

Divide circle into small pie cuts using solo filling at end of each wedge point. Bake at 400 degrees until lightly brown then roll in granulated sugar.
