CHEESY RICE AND HAM 
1/2 c. each chopped green peppers, celery & onions
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. strips of cooked ham
1 tsp. each dry mustard, garlic salt & Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. red pepper

Saute green peppers, celery and onion in butter until tender. Blend in flour. Add milk and cook until sauce is thickened and smooth, stirring constantly. Add cheese, heat until melted. Stir in ham and seasonings. Heat thoroughly.
