CHEESY CAULIFLOWER 
1 head fresh cauliflower (or frozen)
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. grated American cheese
4 oz. can mushrooms

Cook cauliflower in boiling water until tender. Blend flour, salt, pepper in melted butter. Add 1 cup milk and cook until smooth. Stir in mustard, cheese and mushrooms. Heat until cheese is melted. Pour over cauliflower and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon snipped parsley.
