CHEESY BEEF CAULIFLOWER SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 pkg. main dish mix for cheeseburger macaroni
6 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
2 med. carrots, sliced
1/4 tsp. caraway seed
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. snipped parsley

Cook and stir ground beef and onion in Dutch oven until brown; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except macaroni and parsley. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, cover and simmer, stir occasionally, 10 minutes. Stir in macaroni. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer, stir in parsley. 6 to 8 servings.
