1 head cauliflower, cut sm.
1 head lettuce, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) box frozen peas
1 lb. fried crumbled bacon
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. Good Seasons cheesy Italian salad dressing mix
1 pt. mayonnaise

Mix together Parmesan cheese, salad dressing mix and mayonnaise. Add the remaining ingredients and toss until coated. Refrigerate. Make several hours ahead of serving.
