CHERRY COBBLER 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 c. sour red cherries (save juice)
1 c. juice (add water to make cup)
3/4 - 1 c. sugar

Mix together first 6 ingredients and pour into 9"x9" baking dish. Mix cherries, juice and sugar together and pour on top of batter spreading evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. This recipe is delicious with blackberries (fresh) or blueberries in place of cherries. Add 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice when use blueberries.
