CHERRY COBBLER 
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. fresh grated lemon rind
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
2 c. sliced fresh or frozen cherries

Mix together all ingredients except cherries. Then pour mixture on top of cherries and bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees or until top is golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream.
