PEACH OR CHERRY FRUIT COBBLER 
6 peeled peaches OR
1 (16 oz.) can peaches, drained
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. tapioca
Sm. pieces butter to dot top

BATTER:

1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
Pinch salt
1/3 c. oil
3 tbsp. milk
1 slightly beaten egg

Place cut up fruit in 9 x 13 inch oiled pyrex dish. Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon, tapioca and mix over fruit; dot with butter. Make batter of remaining ingredients. Drop by mounds and bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Can be topped with dots of Cool Whip.
