5-6 tart apples, peeled and sliced
Scant 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted

Mix all above, except apple, together. Pour over apples. Bake at 375 degrees, 45 minutes or until apples are soft and crust is golden brown.
