MASHED SWEET POTATOES 
4-6 lg. sweet potatoes (4 lbs.)
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. hot milk
1 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Sm. marshmallows

Cook potatoes in lightly salted boiling water until fork tender (about 35 minutes). Drain and cool. When cool enough to handle, peel and mash potatoes. In large bowl combine all ingredients. Beat until fluffy and smooth.

Spoon mixture into greased 3-quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with marshmallows. Place under broiler until golden brown. A good dish to serve at Thanksgiving or Christmas.
