6 HOUR BUNS 
1 cake compressed yeast in 1/2 c. warm water
2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. oil or lard
7 c. flour
2 eggs
2 c. warm milk or potato water

Mix and let rise until light. Mix down and let rise 20 minutes. Make into buns and let rise until double in size. Bake in a hot oven 15 minutes or until golden brown.

If you do not learn from your mistakes, there is no sense in making them.
