YUMMY YEAST DOUGH FOR ROLLS,
DONUTS, BUNS
 
1 c. mashed potatoes, instant
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. warm milk
1 pkg. dry yeast
4-5 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix all ingredients EXCEPT flour. Blend well. Add flour and knead on floured surface. Place dough in greased bowl and let rise until double in size. Shape rolls and let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Dough may be refrigerated up to 6 days, using only what is needed.
