YELLOW SUMMER SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
2 c. cooked, yellow squash, thinly sliced Cook in small amount of water until tender. Drain. 1 chopped onion Salt Pepper 10 soda crackers, crushed Layer the above twice in a casserole dish. Add: 1 egg 1/2 c. milk Beat thoroughly and pour over mixture in casserole dish. Dot with butter. Cover with grated cheese and bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cover with foil, first 20 minutes. Then remove foil last 15 minutes. |
