1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. milk 2 eggs Roast beef drippings or cooking oil Heat oven to 425 degrees. Put 2 tablespoons drippings or oil into oven glass custard cups. While beating other ingredients until lumps of flour disappear, heat cups in oven (in muffin tin to make for easier handling). Fill hot cups half full. Bake 20 minutes, reduce heat to 325 degrees, bake 20 minutes longer. Serve hot. Makes 5 to 9 servings, depending on cup size. |
