BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/4 c. olive oil
1 c. onion, sliced thin
2-3 c. lean round steak, cut in 1/2-inch strips
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
8 oz. sour cream

Over medium heat cook onion in olive oil in heavy skillet until clear; add all other ingredients except sour cream. Cover and cook 10 minutes; add sour cream and stir lightly. Continue to cook until done. Do not let it boil. Serve over rice or noodles.
