BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. round steak
1 pt. sour cream
1 can mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 green pepper, chopped
4 tbsp. ketchup
Dash of nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook green pepper and onions in oil or butter in a skillet until tender. Cut round steak into strips and cook in the mixture until tender. Add the remaining ingredients to make a sauce and simmer the mixture. Serve over rice or noodles.
