BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. steak
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1 onion
1 sm. green pepper
1 sm. sour cream
1 can Hunt's tomato sauce
1/2 to 1 box egg noodles

Brown down meat in bite-size pieces. Also fry down chopped onions and green peppers, mushrooms on low heat. Add Hunt's sauce and 2 teaspoons water or 1/2 can. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add 1/2 to 3/4 sour cream. Serve over noodles or rice.
