BEEF STROGANOFF | |
1/3 c. butter 1 c. onion, sliced 1 can condensed beef bouillon 1 lb. cooked beef tenderloin strips 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. green pepper strips 1 clove crushed garlic 1/2 c. sour cream 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed 2 tbsp. flour 1 tbsp. ketchup Prepare rice or wide-size noodles. Saute onions, mushrooms, pepper, and garlic for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in flour, ketchup, and salt until well blended. Gradually add bouillon, stirring constantly. Stir in beef, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Gradually stir in sour cream and dill weed and heat to boil. |
