HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
Dash of pepper
3 c. med. dry noodles
3 c. tomato juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1 can cream of mushroom soup

In an electric skillet, brown meat and onions. Add salt and celery salt. Place uncooked noodles in layer over meat, then add tomato juice and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat 20 minutes. Add green pepper and continue cooking for 10 minutes. Stir in can of mushroom soup and serve. Makes 6 servings.
