HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions, sliced
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Brown meat and onions in skillet, breaking up meat with a fork. Add soup, mushrooms, sour cream, blue cheese, salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Do not boil. Cook 15 minutes. Serves 3 to 4.
