HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 c. water
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
1 env. sour cream mix
1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. wine
Hot noodles or rice

Brown meat in butter. Stir in flour, onion, bouillon cube, garlic salt, paprika. Add water and mushrooms. Cover; simmer 10 minutes.

Combine sauce mix with milk; stir into meat mixture. Add wine; heat through. Serve over hot noodles or rice. Makes 4-6 servings.
