HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Cooked noodles
1 lg. onion, peeled and chopped
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. dairy sour cream

Put ground beef and onion into an 8 inch square glass baking dish. Cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave oven 6 minutes on high or until meat is no longer pink; stir twice, breaking meat apart with a wooden spoon.

Drain off fat from meat. Add salt, pepper and soup to meat; mix well. Cook covered in microwave oven 6 to 8 minutes at high, or until thoroughly heated; stir occasionally.

Stir in sour cream. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand 2 minutes. Serve over noodles or baked potatoes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
